朱古力脆片雪糕配椰子焦糖醬

材料

  • 2罐13-14安士 Nature’s Charm 純素椰子淡忌廉
  • 2-4湯匙有機椰子花蜜糖(或楓糖漿)
  • 2茶匙雲呢嗱精油
  • ½茶匙鹽
  • 1 罐 14 安士 Nature’s Charm 純素甜椰子煉奶
  • 1杯純素朱古力片
  • 1湯匙natnat 100%有機初榨離心萃取椰子油

步驟

雪糕:

    1. 將罐裝14 安士 Nature’s Charm 純素甜椰子煉奶冷藏過夜。
    2. 在準備已打發的忌廉之前,將一個大金屬碗和手動攪拌器中的電動攪拌器放入冰箱一小時。
    3. 打開冷的純素椰子淡忌廉罐,不要搖晃它。僅將椰子奶油固體移入冷攪拌碗中,避免任何液體。
    4. 使用帶有冷凍攪拌器的電動攪拌器,高速攪拌純素椰子淡忌廉,直到形成硬性發泡。
    5. 加入糖和香草,再打一分鐘。

朱古力脆片:

Stracciatella Ice Cream with Coconut Caramel Sauce

Serves: 

  • 8 servings

 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 13-14 ounce can Nature’s Charm whipping cream
  • 2-4 tablespoons of coconut sap sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 14-ounce can of Nature’s Charm coconut condensed milk
  • 1 cup of vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Refrigerate the cans of full fat coconut milk overnight.
  2. Place a large metal bowl and electric beaters from your hand mixer in the freezer for one hour before preparing the whipped cream.
  3. Open the cold can of coconut whipping cream without shaking it. Remove the coconut cream solids only into the cold mixing bowl avoiding any of the liquid.
  4. Using an electric mixer with the chilled beaters, beat the coconut cream on a high speed until stiff peaks form.
  5. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat another minute.
  6. Taste and add more sweetener if needed.
  7. Add the condensed milk and salt and beat again to medium peaks, 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. Spoon the ice cream base into a glass baking dish, flattening the top with a spatula. Cover the surface of the base with plastic wrap and freeze until it begins to harden, around 2 to 3 hours.

Chocolate Chips:

  1. Place the chocolate chips and oil in a glass measuring cup. Put the measuring cup in the hot water to melt the chocolate, keeps stirring it until the chocolate is melted. When the ice cream is almost frozen. Drizzle the surface with some of the melted chocolate, then stir the chocolate into the ice cream. Repeat, drizzling more chocolate and stirring it into the ice cream, until all the chocolate has been added and the ice cream is flecked with bits of frozen chocolate.
  2. Cover the surface of the Stracciatella with a layer of plastic wrap and freeze until hardened.
  3. When serving the ice cream, you can top with different vegan sauces of your choice.
